Molinio-Arrhenatheretea R.Tx. 1937 em. 1970 communities in the surroundings of Lądek in the Nadwarciański Landscape Park

Abstract. The article presents results of phytosociological studies on vegetation of Molinio-Arrhenatheretea R.Tx. 1937 em. 1970 near Lądek in the Nadwarciański Landscape Park (eastern part of the Wielkopolska region, central Poland). 13 types of meadow and pasture communities have been identified within the area. Five out of them are vulnerable (V category) in the Wielkopolska Region: Caricetum cespitosae, Scirpetum silvatici, Poo-Lathyretum palustris, Arrhenatheretum elatioris and Blysmo-Juncetum compressi. The associations Poo-Lathyretum palustris and Potentilletum reptantis have been recorded for the first time in the Nadwarciański Landscape Park. The greatest areas were occupied by phytocoenoses of Ranunculo repentis-Alopecuretum pratensis and Stellario palustris-Deschampsietum cespitosae. The investigated area is valuable and important part of the valley of middle course of the Warta river.

Ocena jakościowego i ilościowego występowania pluskwiaków (Heteroptera) w stawach parku pałacowego w Turwi (Park Krajobrazowy im. Gen. D. Chłapowskiego)
Evaluation of qualitative and quantitative occurrence of bugs (Heteroptera) in ponds of the palace park at Turew (Gen. D. Chłapowski Landscape Park)

Abstract. 31 species of water bugs, morphoecologically diversified and taxonomically distant which stresses high biodiversity of the fauna, were recorded in waterbodies in Turew, W Poland, during many-year studies. Bug fauna is characterized and its ecological types are given, including a new term - pararheophilous species. Changes in density and biomass of Hydrocorisae during a vegetation season are presented.
